The organization was initially established during the year 1989 by Mr. S. Ramnath at Mumbai City (India).
The basic vision, mission and goals have been to function as a service provider.
Mr. S. Ramnath decided to extend and expand further as a service provider to various industries and various sectors globally.
The basic idea of being a service provider was perceived by Mr. S. Ramnath due to rich experience and expertise in diversified areas related to various projects and business activities connected to various industries.
Apart from being involved in various activities globally, Mr. S. Ramnath is also a visiting faculty for Management Studies and teaches International Business, International Finance, Project Management and Logistics and Supply Chain Management.
Mr. S.Ramnath has been a Member of Indian Merchants Chamber – Mumbai since many no. of years.
He is also a PHF Rotarian of Rotary International – USA and also attached to Rotary Club Of Mulund Hills – Mumbai.
